As a Florida State Certified Residential Contractor and passing the State Exam as a Certified General Contractor, I have over twenty-seven years expertise in multiple areas of the construction and building industry, from preliminary civil site design to the construction of high-rise buildings. I have been a Project Manager for a 27-story high-rise condominium and an estimator for a $150 million dollar civil construction company. As a residential contractor working storm damage from Hurricane Charley in 2004, I learned the right and wrong way buildings need to be built.
